Look forward to embarking on a unique journey into the world of sound and Crystal Tone bowls.

Sound healing is one of the oldest healing modalities known to humankind, and modern science is gradually recognizing its benefits. Quantum physics acknowledges that all matter - including our bodies - is held together by vibration. Therefore, in the truest sense of the word, we all vibrate in our own harmony. Working with sound allows us to have a healing influence on our bodies when we lose our inner balance.

During the training, you can expect three days full of exchange and learning about sound. You will learn all about crystal bowls, their effects, and how to play them. Whether you wish to share the sound of the bowls with others or simply play them for yourself at home, this training will provide you with all the basic knowledge you need to start playing the bowls.

It all started with her first sound training with Susy and Jeralyn in Los Angeles. Since then, Laura has been giving weekly sound baths, ceremonies, and sound trainings.

What originally began with four of her own bowls has now become a passion with a clear vision: to make the impressive sounds and healing effects of the bowls accessible to everyone.

Laura loves blending the art of Sound Healing, Meditation, and Kundalini Yoga to create a symphony of serenity and well-being.

As a sound practitioner and Reiki Master, she understands the profound impact of vibrational frequencies on the human spirit.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 6 weeks before the start of the training, however, the deposit of 500€ will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation 4 weeks before the start of the training, we unfortunately have to charge the full price.

Where will the training take place?
The training will be held in our Studio at Reisnerstrasse 11, 1030 Vienna.

Can you outline a typical day of training?
Sample Daily Schedule
10 AM - 1 PM Training
1 PM - 2.30 PM Lunch
2.30 PM - 6 PM Training

On Thursday afternoon, we will start with an Opening Circle hosted by kindclub followed by a Cacao & Sound Journey with Laura Israel. We will end the training with a Closing Circle and Ritual together.

Will everyone get his own bowl?
There will be bowls to play and try out on site, so that everyone can practice with one or more bowls every day.

Do I need to bring a bowl to the training?
You do not need to have your own bowls in advance, but if you do, you can of course bring them to the training.

Will I receive a training manual?
For the sound training, you will receive a manual containing all the essential information. Additionally, you will receive a list of book recommendations.
